Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of green or red cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

 

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare the Cabbage:
    • Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage.
    • Cut the cabbage into 1-inch-thick rounds or wedges, keeping the core intact to hold the pieces together.
  • Season the Cabbage:
    • Lay the cabbage slices on the prepared baking sheet.
