Ingredients:
- 1 medium green cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cabbage Steaks:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds, keeping the core intact to hold the slices together.
