Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of green cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned (optional)
- 1/2 pound ground pork, chicken, or shrimp (optional)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the Oil:
In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Sauté Aromatics:
Add the garlic and onion to the pan. Sauté until fragrant and the onions are translucent.
- Cook the Protein:
